"I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for the past 20 years.  During this time I have worked as a personal trainer, gym manager, TAFE college teacher (anatomy and physiology, certificate 4 in fitness training), rehabilitation, exercise physiologist, and as an operations manager with an international workplace health promotion company.  I also own a nutritional supplementation company.  I have completed a Physical Education Degree with Honours (paper published).  My professional career has assisted me to compete as a natural bodybuilder for the past 13 years which has included time off for children. 

   

 

During this sporting career I have won several titles including:

1.                        5 overall NSW state titles.

2.                        1 Australian title.

3.                        1 Asia Pacific title.

4.                        1 Sydney overall title.

5.                        1 Newcastle overall title.

6.                        1 Ballarat overall title.

7.                        Several 2nd and 3rd placings, too numerous to mention.

The reason for me outlining my history is to give weight to the testimonial for the Matrix training system that I am about to provide.  I have tried just about every form of training principle to increase strength and muscle size/ condition.  This in conjunction with a diet that maximises the potential for hypertrophy.  The Matrix training principle has been around for a long time.  I experienced it for the first time some 16 years ago and dismissed it as a gimmick for the average trainer that was not all that serious.  I was old school, weight and low repetitions means hypertrophy, low weight and high repetitions is for conditioning.  How wrong was I? 

At the beginning of 2008 I was introduced to Professor Ron Laura the founder of the Matrix training system and author of some 35 books.  I spent 5 minutes with Ron going through a shoulder roll and squat routine.  I used 30 pounds for shoulders and body weight only for squats.  I was pumped inside 5 minutes and could not believe it.  When I met Ron I was at the beginning of a come back to natural bodybuilding competition after 4 years away from the sport to have children.  I was so impressed with this initial 5 minute introduction that I made the decision there and then to use the Matrix training system to prepare for competition.  I trained with Ron once a week in preparation for the NSW championships and the Asia Pacific championships.  I followed the Matrix training system religiously and ended up winning the NSW overall title and the Asia Pacific Heavy Weight division.

There are so many applications for the Matrix training system.  It is an ideal system for every individual, from young to old, injured to professional athlete.  I have worked with people from all walks of life in an endeavour to improve health and quality of life. 

With a comprehensive understanding of the Matrix training system in my armoury I am equipped to assist people regardless of background or health status.  I am excited to be a part of the Matrix training system and will do whatever I can to assist Professor Ron Laura and his team to promote the system and enable more people around the world to experience it.  It is a truly revolutionary system that everyone should experience".
